Nestled in one of Germany’s greenest cities, adesso’s Hanover office is located a short hop away from nearby the trade fair centres. adessi can really focus on their work and their meetings thanks to the friendly atmosphere across two floors boasting modern furnishings and equipment. The scent of lavender wafting through makes the courtyard a great place to relax with a cup of coffee or a cool drink with colleagues after work, both in winter and in summer. You can also have group barbecues here, too.

adesso Hanover introduces itself
>> Being able to retain the freedom to act with the DNA of a start-up in a lot of situations despite our size is one of the main reasons we have been so successful on the market, been able to keep bringing new employees on board and, most importantly, one of the main reasons I enjoy my day-to-day work so much.
Office manager: Bijan Arjasbi
Culinary
Hungry adessi are not short of options come lunchtime. There is a cafeteria in the building itself offering a delicious selection of sandwiches, a rotating range of fresh salads, wraps and other snacks at reasonable prices. There is also a variety of restaurants within walking distance, including Italian, Turkish and Chinese, as well as a supermarket that has a salad bar and a constantly changing selection of hot food to go.
Special features
We regularly organise employee breakfasts, which also double up as a chance to bring all the adessi up to speed on the latest goings-on in the adesso world. Plus, our barbecues on the terrace are also a great opportunity to get to know all your colleagues better. And of course, you will not want to miss out the after-work events held now and then!
After work
When it gets hot in summer, the adessi can cool off on the Kronsberg hill or in the Eilenriede forest – Hanover’s green lung. After a short sightseeing tour along the city’s ‘Red Thread’, you can also enjoy a refreshing drink or an ice cream in one of the countless cafés along the Leine river. If sports are more your thing, you can try your hand at surfing on the ‘Leinewelle’ or take a pedal boat across the Maschsee lake. A visit to the Maschsee Lake Festival in August is a must for many.
As winter approaches, nothing beats the warming taste of a mug of mulled wine at the Christmas market around the Marktkirche.
