Mark Lohweber (b. 1969) is the Executive Board member in charge of International Business Enablement, Internal Audit and Partner Organisation.

Kristina Gerwert (b. 1976) is the Executive Board member in charge of Human Resources, Corporate Buildings, Procurement, Compliance and Corporate Administration.

Andreas Prenneis

Andreas Prenneis (b. 1965) is the Executive Board member in charge of the adesso subsidiary adesso mobile solutions GmbH as well as the Legal, Group IT, Strategic Project Management, ProMon, SAP Solutioning, ISM and Research & Innovation divisions.
He is also responsible for the following business areas:

Jörg Schroeder (b. 1977) is the Executive Board member in charge of the adesso affiliated company adesso ventures GmbH along with the Finance, Group Finance Functions, Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions as well as Investor Relations divisions.

Volker Gruhn
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Prof Volker Gruhn, born 1963, co-founded adesso SE (formerly adesso AG) in 1997 and is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He holds the Chair of Software Engineering at the University of Duisburg-Essen. Prof. Dr. Volker Gruhn has been a member of the DAK Health digitisation advisory board since 2017 and a member of the university council of Leipzig University since 1 March 2019. He is also a member of the board of curators of the Fraunhofer Institute for Software and Systems Engineering and a member of Bitkom’s Management Board.
